It does not matter if you want to lose weight, build lean muscle, or simply want to live a healthier life; a professional personal training program created specifically with you and your needs in mind will take you as far as you want to go.

As a personal trainer I help you define, set and succeed at your specific goals. My job is to motivate, provide direction and give you the tools you need to make lifelong changes. I provide support and advice on issues such as overall fitness, nutrition, and general wellness.

A VARIETY OF CLASSES

I teach many different cardio and strength training group class formats, with a focus on form and fun. Below is just a sampling of what I offer, so if you don’t see a class you want, don’t worry. If I don’t teach it, I know someone awesome who does!

CARDIO KICKBOXING

a combination of aerobics, boxing, and martial arts. This is an intense total-body workout that will improve overall strength, cardiac output, aerobic fitness and coordination. A 45-minute workout can burn between 500-750 calories.

KETTLEBELLS

strength, cardio, and functional training via lunges, burpees, swings, presses, and more. A terrific overall full-body class.

TRX

requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, a highly portable performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to complete 100s of exercises for both cardio and strength training.

STEP AEROBICS

this workout consists of a choreographed routine of stepping up and down on a rectangular, platform, and is often combined with body sculpting and plyometrics. Step increases your cardio capabilities while shaping up your lower body.
