MONDAY

  • 5 am – 6 am: Client Training
  • 6 pm – 9 pm: Client Training

TUESDAY

  • 5 am – 6 am: Client Training
  • 7 pm – 8 pm: Youth Fitness
  • 8 pm – 9 pm: Client Training

WEDNESDAY

  • 5 am – 6 am: Client Training
  • 6 pm – 9 pm: Client Training

THURSDAY

  • 5 am – 6 am: Client Training
  • 6:30 pm  – 8 pm: Youth Fitness
  • 8 pm – 9 pm: Client Training

FRIDAY

  • 5 am – 6 am: Client Training

SATURDAY (alternating)

  • 5 am – 9 am: Client Training

SUNDAY

  • 5 am – 8 am: Client Training
  • 9 am – 10 am: Cardio Kickboxing
